The new advertising is un-advertising. Spend a gazillion dollars on a mediocre idea in a traditional space and watch it tank. Or spend almost nothing on a brilliant new concept on a completely unexpected platform and watch it rack up 10 million hits.
Cam Paine is a creative director who has worked for several big-name agencies, some with ampersands in them. He has won a plethora of international awards and can't speak 6,498 languages.
